Description
My grandfather was a big trade unionist. As such, he traveled with the delegations of the socialist countries. In restaurants, he loved to grill cooks recipes favourite dishes. This dish brought a grandfather from China. Don't know how it's called in the original, in the family kitchen, this is called "potatoes in Chinese"

Cooking
Potatoes cut into strips and soak in water for an hour
In hot oil, put pepper and garlic. Fry, to give the oil a taste, and remove from pans.
Put the potatoes and fry for 1 minute
To make the vinegar and salt and cook for another 1 minute
Serve it as a warm salad and cold appetizer. The potatoes will be undercooked and crunchy.
