Cooking

step-0
Chicken breast fillet wash and dry.
step-1
Scroll chicken fillet through a Mincer with a fine grid. In the container with the minced chicken add the soy sauce TM Kikkoman, a pinch of ground turmeric, garlic powder, coriander and dried onion. Of course, you can use your favorite spices for chicken. Knead the minced meat, cover the container with a lid and put into the refrigerator. Marinating time of 1 to 3 hours without refrigeration or up to several days in the refrigerator. And now a small trick. Grate desired amount of mozzarella, fold the bag and store in the freezer. This cheese when frying the balls will not flow out and will only have time to heat up.
step-2
At the right time to get our beautiful beef from the fridge.
step-3
Mix the ground beef with frozen cheese. Roll into balls the size of a ping pong table. Roll balls in breadcrumbs, you can add some sesame and black cumin. I got 11 balls of the minced meat.
step-4
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the balls on both sides to blush, chicken balls are quite delicate and may slightly flattened.
step-5
Cover the balls with a lid and simmer for a few minutes until tender. On the whole roast, it took me less than 5 minutes.
step-6
Lettuce, iceberg I, twist into a tube and put the 2 tubes into a suitable supply container or on a platter.
step-7
Put the balls and serve. Bon appetit! By the way, cold appetizer also very tasty!
