Recipes for this famous American cookie (Chocolate Chip Cookies) very much! Including on the website was a lot... So I just want to share with you one of my favorite, time-tested recipes that are delicious, simple and delicate cookie.

Cooking
The first thing to melt in the microwave the butter, it should melt, but not to be hot! Add to the bowl with the butter, both sugars... Even better if the brown sugar is varieties of muscovado!
Beat with a mixer until a smooth mass, about 2 minutes.
Again beat for about 30 seconds, but during this time, the weight will noticeably brighten and slightly increase in volume.
Add salt (in principle, the amount of salt is to taste, but not less than 1/4 tsp), soda and half the flour. Again beat with a mixer. Then add the remaining flour and knead the final dough with a spatula or wooden spoon.
Smooth and compact dough...
In the end, add chocolate "drops" or just broken into pieces of chocolate!
The oven to turn on to heat up to 180°C. This can be done in the beginning, before cooking the dough, because this process will take only a few minutes. Bake in preheated oven 10-12 minutes. Will not overdo! Otherwise the cookies will turn out dry.
