Cooking

step-0
Prunes soak for 1 hour in water. Set the oven to heat up to 190 degrees. Baking dish (empty) can be placed in the oven to make it slightly hot.
step-1
Make the dough: slightly beat the eggs with the sugar. Gradually introduce the sour cream, then flour. Gasim soda in lemon juice and add to the batter and mix. The end result is the consistency of thick cream. Warm a baking dish greased with butter, pour it our dough. Put in oven for 1 hour (until the crust will not become a rich brown and begin to smell the oven should not be opened).
step-2
Start preparing the filling. Walnuts needs to be heated up in a pan and grind. Softened prunes - finely chopped. Butter to melt.
step-3
In a bowl, mix nuts, prunes, butter and condensed milk. While our cake is cooked, then cooled, the cream will have time to infuse well.
step-4
The willingness of cake to check with a toothpick. Do not be afraid of that he got a "cap" is fine :) once it has cooled, cut it into 2 parts. Coat them with cream (very liberally) and put in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
step-5
Prepare the glaze. On low heat heat butter, add milk, sugar and cocoa. Bring to a boil. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
step-6
This frosting is very (!) hardens quickly. So, while it's on fire, take out of the refrigerator cake. Ready-made frosting (just off the heat) pour on cake (help it be evenly distributed over the surface with a spoon). Voila. Now the cake needs to stand overnight (or at least a few hours) in the refrigerator.
step-7
Well then ... Bon appetit!
