Pavlova is a dessert based on meringue, especially popular in New Zealand and Australia. Named after ballerina Anna Matveyevna Pavlova who toured in these countries, in 1926. To go dessert, maybe a cake or a La carte, often with whipped cream and fruit. Today I offer You a portion of the baskets with a gentle filling based on cheese and cranberry sauce D arbo.

Cooking

Then add starch, vanilla (can also use vegetable oil) and vinegar, again will beat into a soft mousse.
