Cooking
Take pears, wash them.
If you have small lemons, you can leave them whole (so even be useful), then they should be pierced in several places with a wooden stick. I remove the stems, seeds and cut into slices about 1-1,5 cm in thickness. You can on the dice.
Lemons pour boiling water so that they were covered with water. The water is drained and it cook the sugar syrup boiled and waiting for complete dissolution of sugar.
Then into the boiling syrup dipped pears and boil 5 minutes. Pears cool at room temperature. Do that 4 times.
Cooking after the 4th they should become glassy-progratn crowded. The glass they were certainly far away, but some transparency there)))
Lay the pears in the dressing, covered with parchment, cover with a gauze and on to the balcony to dry. On the second day you can sprinkle them with sugar or powder. But honestly, I remembered them only on the 4th day, when the fruits were ready.
Tuketici raked into a pile, "powder" them and stir so that the powder was distributed across all shelves. Here's a yummy it turned out. I got a full 1-liter bottle (though now half).
