Dear cooks, I want to buy you a very easy to cooking biscuits. The cookie is very soft, with a pleasant acidity from the yogurt and the subtle strawberry flavor.
Ingredients

Oat flakes

Yogurt
300 ml

Honey
3 Tbsp

Margarine
50 g

Strawberry
50 g

Cinnamon
0.5 tsp

Vanilla
Cooking
Pour oatmeal yogurt, mix well and leave for 35-40 min.
Strawberries wash and dry.
Melt over low heat the margarine and honey. A little bit cool.
The cereal with the yogurt add the strawberries, cinnamon, vanilla (this time I did not) and pour the margarine with honey. Mix well.
In the bowl of water wet hands and roll out small balls, then make lepeshechki (fat) and spread on a baking sheet, greased. I have a silicone baking Mat, I not lubricate.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 35-40 min. Guided by your oven!
