The composition of the dough for the pasties was picked up by an experimental method. I'm not going to repeat these experiments, but only tell you about the results. At first it was the dough of water, salt (to taste, because leading is a tried) and flour. Dough was rolled out two little cakes and fried in vegetable oil. On the test formed pimples, but not as tasty as pasties. I.e. for the formation of bubble – water and flour is enough. The taste of the cake came out, and I quote: "As a fresh piece of wood on the pasties don't seem necessary to add something". Usually in the recipes include yogurt, milk, eggs, vinegar, vegetable oil or butter, and even vodka.
To find out what to add – the experiments continued. Then there was the kneaded dough in the vinegar and the baking soda (without water). The dough came out nice to the feel. When frying went well, which is great for a muffin, but obviously not suitable for pasties, because cheburek – a pie of THIN dough. Moreover, the pellet is very much saturated with the oil. Ie, the baking powder test – deferred.
Then with words "to make it not only visually, but also funny", the lead knead the dough vegetable oil or butter (without water). The dough was salesianos with difficulty, crumbled in the hands, but he still tried to fry. It is very hard to describe the effect with words. Pellets just fell apart in the pan.
