Tarte flambеe d\'Alsace. Flammkuchen — "ablaze". Served in France and Germany. The dough can be very diverse, I have seen some recipes from leavened to unleavened. But the taste is definitely due to the filling is a very tasty dish, and most importantly, not hard to stomach, especially at holiday time!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    0.5 pack

  • Onion

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

In this instance, I used frozen dough - it is only necessary to defrost. If you make the dough with your hands, you can make yeast-free: •200 g flour •2-3 tablespoons oil (preferably olive) •100-150 ml of water Knead and leave a little brew, if a little water, you can add more.
