Cooking
Butter, sugar, eggs, flour and baking powder knead the dough, remove it for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Large lemon peel and mince (removing the bone and adding a few pieces of peel), add 3/4 Cup sugar, cook until thick on low heat, cool, add vanilla.
In a greased baking pan spread 3/4 of the dough to form a rim, spread the lemon jam.
Remaining dough to grate or break into small pieces and spread on top of lemon filling.
Bake until Browning in a hot oven. The flavor is in exact time baking just magical!
The cake is very delicious! But on the fan - lemon taste is even felt. My husband loved it, but for kids cake poured chocolate glaze: 3.St. tablespoons cocoa + 2 tbsp sugar + 4 tbsp. milk cook until thick, add 2 tbsp butter. The frosting needs to cool down and water, of course, have the cooled cake (that did not spread the frosting), but we could not wait already - I really wanted pie!
