Fry in a frying pan with oil, Add the chopped celery, saute. In a pan pour a little water, put the potatoes cut into cubes, and add browned vegetables, simmer until potatoes are done. Pour the contents of the jars along with the liquid to boil. For flavor, add garlic and dill.
