Buckwheat soup with chicken
Easy "fasting" soup after barking holidays.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    6 piece

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

Detenok (of course) and my husband is not fasting, but the need for unloading after a hearty pancake days come and it seems they have) that this soup is very handy! Fry buckwheat until you go mind-blowing rich smell.

Cut onions and carrots. Do sagerock.

While we're doing that, cook the chicken broth. Filter. Take out the meat. Broth bring to a boil.

While the broth is boiling, cut the potatoes cubes. In boiling broth put potatoes, fries, buckwheat. Add Bay leaf, peppercorns and salt. Cook 15 minutes on medium heat.

Just before serving, add the disassembled meat, herbs and chopped garlic. Give the soup a little brew and cool down.
