Cream cheese homemade
Saw in an Internet the idea of making cheese, and decided to cook myself of course changed the recipe according to your taste. Decided to share with you, maybe you'll like it.


  • Dry milk

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.75 cup

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Vinegar

    9 tsp

  • Citric acid

    0.333 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • The processed cheese

    70 g


I took natural milk powder and here's a processed cheese (if that's triangles, they need 3 PCs.)
Pour in the dry combine milk, poured oil, salt, citric acid ( powder) water, vinegar, and cottage cheese and quickly mix until smooth.
One of the cheese put chopped Basil, parsley, dill and mixed again in a food processor. And the other part put in a jar, as this cheese, you can add smoked salmon or ham, whatever, to taste. And put all the cheese overnight in the refrigerator.
