SOTE from eggplants
Like eggplant and summer and winter. Therefore I propose a recipe of preservation of these wonderful Vosa for the winter.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 kg

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    5 piece

  • Parsley

    1 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 kg

  • Essence

Banks should be well washed and dried. Aubergines wash, remove the tails and cut into slices. Soak in salt water for 20-30 minutes.

Then fry both sides in vegetable oil.

Tomatoes cut into slices. Who uses onion, cut rings.

In a jar put the vegetables in layers. First the eggplant, then the garlic, then greens and tomatoes. Repeat the layers. Layer onions laid on the tomatoes. Boil the brine and pour it over the jars. Supply to be sterilized for 15 minutes. Next in each jar add 0.5 teaspoon of essence. Roll sterilized lids and clean under the bath. In the sterilization of cans cover lids, not spinning them.
