Chicken salad with broccoli

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken fillet

    180 g

  • Broccoli

    150 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Lettuce

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

RUB the fillet with salt, pepper and fry in 1 tbsp vegetable oil over high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Let cool, cut into slices.

Boil broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes.

Grind the garlic, add the rest of ingredients. All salt, pepper to taste. Dressed with a light mayonnaise "Maheev", stir and serve.
