Salad
This recipe gave me a work colleague Olga Skorokhodova. Thank you! A delicious and hearty salad with beans! Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mushrooms

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Allspice

  • Bay leaf

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Beans

  • Mayonnaise

Let's start with beans!

Pour half a liter of dry beans with water and allow to swell for 4-5 hours, then boil and pickle!

Boiled beans got me liter. Put in a jar and add allspice, garlic, 3-4 Bay leaves, pour boiled hot water +1 tsp vinegar and leave overnight to marinate!

When the beans are ready, start cooking. Overcook minced in a small amount of oil grated carrots (without fanaticism) Overcooked carrots lightly wring out excess oil.

Then in the same oil to overcook the onions, if not enough, add oil. Also the onions to drain from excess oil!

Also fry the mushrooms!

Put all in a salad bowl and add the pickled beans, the taste of garlic (who loves spicy) and a bit of mayonnaise!
