Fat in a slow cooker
The recipe for the lucky owners of a slow cooker. The bacon will be delicious! Recipe from Domanoski.

Ingredients

  • Fat

    1 kg

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

You need somewhere around 1 kg of fat (that piece got into the Cup of a double boiler). Bacon rubbed with spices, salt, chopped garlic. (Spices can be as ready for salting bacon, or just your favorite).

Fat to put in the sleeve for baking, or wrap in foil. Put in the bowl of a double boiler. In the slow cooker, pour 5 multistation, insert the bowl of the steamer and select the mode "steaming" 60 minutes. After switching off leave to cool in this condition.

Then remove the fat from the sleeve, place in a plastic bag and clean up for a day in the fridge.
