Cupcake on yogurt with blueberries
"Something to surprise you?" - you will ask. Answer – simple cake on kefir with the addition of monkey acquires the structure and turns into a cottage cheese delicacy. Friends, when eating, they always ask "With cheese?". I don't make excuses and just say Yes. If you don't have blueberries, you can replace it with apples or raisins, but you can bake and simply delicious cupcake with no additives.

  • Semolina

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Oil corn

    50 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Blueberries

Let's get started! To separate egg whites and yolks.

RUB the yolks with sugar. Beat the whites with the yolks.
Add yogurt and oil and whisk.
Mix the flour, semolina, baking powder, soda and salt. Sift into liquid mixture. Calmly stir until smooth.! Pay attention to dough consistency! Yogurt all have different density and different moisture content of the flour, therefore the dough should not be liquid and tekucim, and should not be tight. The best consistency of thick cream. Add berries and mix gently.
Spread in a greased form multivarki. Close the lid and bake for 60 minutes in the "Baking" or "Casserole".
