Cake in a slow cooker
Very delicate, light and fluffy sponge cake. Biscuits in the oven does not work, the smell of eggs in my opinion and the animation was great!


  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 Tbsp


Whisk eggs with sugar until white foam, separately mix flour with baking powder, sift. Connect with aeecinou ground. Carefully stir. Next, add the sunflower oil and pour 3 tablespoons of boiling water. Quickly but gently mix. Soft butter, grease the bottom and sides of the slow cooker. Pour the dough. Put on the "Baking "for 1 hour, then automatically the mode "heating" for 10 minutes. The cream I used regular sour cream +sugar.
