Vitamin cocktail for Breakfast
Very tasty and healthy smoothie, perfect for a healthy Breakfast. Berries can vary to taste or season.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Strawberry

    400 g

  • Yogurt

    500 g

  • Mint

Cereal lightly dry on a dry pan for 1-2 minutes.

Strawberries wash, clean, flakes grind in a coffee grinder into powder.

Pour into the blender yogurt, add the strawberries, honey, powdered cereal, a few mint leaves. Punching until smooth.

Pour into glasses, garnish with strawberries and mint. Serve with cocktail straws.
