Chocolate cake

  • Chocolate milk

  • Water

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Rum

    4 Tbsp

In a bowl whisk eggs with sugar, add flour and stir.

Butter, chocolate and water put in the microwave. Melt the butter and chocolate. Add to the mixture eggs, sugar and flour.

There also add sour cream and rum (cognac, balm) if add). Mix everything carefully. Here we get the dough.

Glass in the form of grease with vegetable oil, pour into it the dough and bake for 7 minutes in the microwave at a power of 700-800 W. Ready the cake should be springy.
