To prepare products: mint, lime, sugar and half Cup water (125 ml).
In the bowl of a blender put the mint leaves, cut into slices of lime and sugar. Briefly puree them in a blender.
Then add the boiled water at room temperature.
And again all whisk until smooth.
The resulting mixture is well pressed and strained through a sieve with fine screen.
It turns out 250 ml of the workpiece for a cocktail.
Now pour it into ice molds (I each put one small leaf of mint) and put them in the freezer. Frozen thus the cubes can be used to prepare the cocktail - put 1-2 pieces in a glass, pour 200 ml of soda (or just boiled) water, put ice cubes. The desire of the cocktail you can add alcohol.
The remaining cake of mint and lime can be wrapped in plastic and frozen. Use for tea or sauces - I use for the Berlin sauce.
