Manna classic
Easy to prepare, but very tasty and tender crumbly manna. The recipe was read a long time ago in an old cookbook.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    2 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 tsp

Prepare basic foods for the manna to have everything at hand. Also will need a deep bowl, whisk, spoon.

In a bowl break two eggs, add 1 Cup of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt.

Soda repay lemon juice.

To add repaid soda in a bowl with egg, sugar and salt.

All carefully mix, beat with a whisk. Mass will bubble and increase in volume.

Close the bowl with lid or cling film and let to stand for 1.5 and preferably 2 hours!!! This is an important point, which many forget in a hurry. Semolina should swell, to soak up the sour cream and all the rest. Do not touch, do not open or stir the dough two hours to air bubbles in it are preserved.
