Description
Probably all already know that raspberry loves chocolate, and these truffles emphasizes the truth of these words. This dessert can be eaten like candy, but can also heat and use as a sweet sauce for ice cream. Recipe taken from the book "75 Best Chocolate Recipes".

Cooking
1. Wash the raspberries and blend in a food processor or blender, then pass through a sieve, throw away leftovers, you'll have about 1/2 Cup puree (Cup = 230 g).
2. In a saucepan bring to boil the cream and pour into the bowl of chocolate, stir until smooth.
3. To the chocolate mass to add raspberry. puree and salt, stir until smooth.
4. Pour in a container, cover and refrigerate for an hour.
5. In a bowl, pour cocoa break in tablespoon of the chocolate in cocoa. Store in the refrigerator for 1 week.
