Cooking
Pour the can of condensed milk into a bowl (do not throw away the jar! it is useful to us). Mix with two eggs and a Cup of flour.
Add 3 tablespoons cocoa, sift through a strainer.
Divide the dough into 2 equal portions. To one portion covering half a teaspoon of baking soda, stir, pour into a form with baking paper (diameter approximately 18 cm) and put in oven for about 15 minutes.
Get the cake, pierce with a toothpick and if nothing sticks - ready. Allow the cake to cool. Gasim in the second part of the test half a teaspoon of baking soda, stir, pour into a form with paper and put on 15 minutes in the oven.
Prepare the custard. Pour in a can of condensed milk.
Whisk separately the egg. Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the egg and two tbsp flour. We put on small fire, stir constantly with a whisk and cook 20-25 minutes until thick state. Remove from the heat and cooled.
At this time, prepare the second part of the cream. Grind the butter, add a Cup of sugar, and RUB until smooth.
Add 3 tbsp cocoa, sifted through a strainer, and mix thoroughly.
Wiping through a sieve, add to the resulting mass of our cooled custard.
All thoroughly beat with a mixer.
Remove the cakes from the paper and cut them in half.
Then impregnate each cake with brandy.
Lubricates all the cakes cream.
And at the end grate a piece of candy on top. Put in the fridge to a little bit soaked. Have a nice tea party! :)
