The amount of ingredients are for 1 serving about 150 ml. to Cook coffee in the Turk, the French press or the coffee machine.
Add the sugar and cool. As I had squeezed the juice from the cherries, and the cherries were sour, the sugar I added a little more.
A cocktail glass fill with ice about half.
Add cherry juice and cold coffee.
Sprinkle the cream.
In conclusion, put a spoonful of ice cream, sprinkle grated chocolate and decorate with a cherry.
