From lemon squeeze the juice
Half of the honey diluted with hot water
Add sugar, bring to boil and boil for 1-2 minutes
The starch to dissolve 1/2 Cup of cold boiled water
and stir, pour in the hot syrup. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Remove from heat, add remaining honey, lemon juice, mix well, cool. When serving in the cups with the pudding add 1 teaspoon of honey and garnish with slice of lemon
