Oh, girls (and boys), I do not know how anyone, but I have in the winter sometimes the body needs something nutritious, hearty.. So even in the cold inside not to freeze... And then when I Wake up my hohlyatsky roots! And they begin to demand BACON!!!

Ingredients

  • Fat

  • Onion

Cut the fat into small cubes (I have the bacon out of the freezer, salted earlier). Vytaplivaete fat on medium heat - it takes about 20 minutes... I was a small greaves - to catch them with a slotted spoon.

Onion, garlic and Apple cut into small cubes. Put them in a pan with melted lard (without crackling), add the juniper berries and clove Bud. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. the lard remove from heat, season with salt and pepper and transfer to a ceramic or glass jar. Cool.
