Calamari stuffed with crab meat with jelly filling
This option cold appetizers perfect for the holiday table. I think fans of dishes from calmacil - have to like it.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    4 piece

  • Crab meat

    500 g

  • Mayonnaise

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    50 g

  • Gelatin

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    1250 ml

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Allspice

    1 piece

  • Coriander

    4 piece

  • Dill

Cooking

In a saucepan pour a liter of water, add spices, salt, soy sauce, bring to a boil. Squid washed, cleaned, and put in boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes, leave to cool in the broth.

Gelatin, pour a glass of cold water and leave for 40 minutes to swell.

Crab meat cut into cubes.

Mix swollen gelatin with 100 ml of warm broth, bring to a boil, but do not boil. Strain through gauze to cool. Mayonnaise mix with sour cream, add the chopped dill, pepper and introduce, while stirring, chilled gelatinous mass.

Squid filled with crab meat (through a teaspoon), a well-pressing the filling with your fingers.

Pour stuffing our sauce-fill the same pressing with a spoon to well soaked.

To pay full kalbarczyk in the pan, cover and put into the refrigerator for 8-10 hours.

When the filling hardens, the squid are cut into slices and serve with lemon and greens.
