Description

Walnut-coffee cake
A simple, delicious cake with walnuts and coffee. Baking is fragrant with a rich nutty taste and a delicate, pleasant hint of coffee. I invite for a Cup of tea.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Instant coffee

    2 tsp

Cooking

Separate the yolks from the whites. In proteins add a pinch of salt and put into the refrigerator.

To the yolks add 200 g of sugar and mix well.

Add sour cream and soda. Mix well.

Add the melted and slightly cooled butter, coffee, mix well.

Nuts grind in a blender.

Add the sifted flour, mix well. The dough should be like very thick cream.

In oiled split (!!!) the form (Ø 22 cm) spread the batter and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 40 minutes. Guided by your oven!

Chilled proteins vzbit with 100 gr of sugar (sugar is added in 5-6 receptions), each time well whisking. Whisk until stable, fluffy foam.
