A simple, delicious cake with walnuts and coffee. Baking is fragrant with a rich nutty taste and a delicate, pleasant hint of coffee. I invite for a Cup of tea.

Cooking
Separate the yolks from the whites. In proteins add a pinch of salt and put into the refrigerator.
To the yolks add 200 g of sugar and mix well.
Add sour cream and soda. Mix well.
Add the melted and slightly cooled butter, coffee, mix well.
Add to vysheperechislennyh mixture. Mix well.
Add the sifted flour, mix well. The dough should be like very thick cream.
In oiled split (!!!) the form (Ø 22 cm) spread the batter and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 40 minutes. Guided by your oven!
Chilled proteins vzbit with 100 gr of sugar (sugar is added in 5-6 receptions), each time well whisking. Whisk until stable, fluffy foam.
The finished cake unfolded from the oven, release from the lateral part of the form.
With a spoon put the beaten egg whites, and sent for 10 minutes in a preheated 180°C oven. Then the cooled cake and spread on a dish.
