"The eyes are afraid, and hands do" is one of those times. First time came across this recipe over a decade ago and even to read there was, so difficult it seemed. And this book again in my hands. A lot of free time, courage... and that's what happened. Yes, not everyday but holidays have not been canceled:)

Cooking
Necessary ingredients for almond sponge cake.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat slightly the egg yolks with the warm wine, 100 g sugar and ground lemon peel.
Portions alternately stir in the sifted flour and almonds.
Beat egg whites with remaining sugar to hard peaks, you can add citric acid or lemon juice.
Mix a spoonful of beaten egg whites into batter.
Now all the dough whisk in 5-6 receptions to introduce into proteins.
Form (I have 24 cm) vistream paper, grease with butter, sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough and bake at 180 degrees (in my oven was enough 140) for about 30-40 minutes. The finished cake to cool and cut into two layers.
And it products for the filling.
Soak the gelatin in water. To heat wine with spices and two slices of lemon with peel, infuse for at least 10 minutes. Mix the eggs, a portion (150 g) sugar, vanilla and salt. Pour the hot wine, taking out a spice.
Beat the mixture on a water bath until thick, about 3-5 minutes, add the gelatine and whisk until it dissolves.
Then a container of cream to place in a container of cold water and beat until a small chilling. Put the cream in the refrigerator, but watch out to not frozen.
Whip the cream with the remaining sugar in a solid foam and enter into the cooled cream.
The bottom cake then place it in the split form, pour it to the cream.
Cover with the second Korzh, well-flatten, put in the refrigerator.
To prepare the grapes, cut open and remove seeds (if any), spread on the surface of the cake, decorate with lemon slices.
Wine heated with sugar, add the lemon slices, enter gelatin, previously soaked in a small amount of water.
Allow to cool almost to solidification and pour over the cake surface. It is possible in two steps. Put in the refrigerator.

As an option for children's parties, the wine can be replaced with grape juice.
