Souffle of salmon
I make this souffle very often, it is one of the favorite dishes of my family. Last time, we frequently go outdoors, and I make this souffle in a cocotte with lid that you can eat this dish at a picnic. This is gorgeous! Very tender and tasty!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Cream

    125 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Parmesan

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

  • Salt

Cooking
