Salad "Vesuvius"

Description

Try this bright, juicy, savory salad and you will feel the taste of this mouth-watering explosion of "volcano"!

Ingredients

Pepper

1 piece
Cucumber

3 piece
Cheese

100 g
Green peas

0.5 can
Sausage

150 g
Onion

1 piece
Vegetable oil

4 Tbsp
Mustard

1 tsp
Vinegar

2 tsp
Ketchup

3 tsp
Salt
Black pepper

Cooking

Cut onion finely and lightly pripustit in vegetable oil.

Then with a slotted spoon to remove the onions, pressing the oil. Sausage or ham cut into strips and mix with pressed bow. Spread on a flat dish.

Prepare the sauce-dressing for our "volcano": in the separated oil left over from frying the onions, add the mustard, wine vinegar, ketchup, sweet (who likes to go for the gusto, you can add spicy ketchup), salt and pepper and mix well.

Well, now being built a "mount Vesuvius": the sausage with onions place a layer of cucumbers, cut into cubes, cover with sauce, mix it, as it can settle.

On cucumbers put a layer of sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips. Again cover with sauce.

On pepper put a layer of cheese (you can take any cheese, I had Gouda), just pour sauce on top. Each layer should be spread a little less than previous, to get slide.

The final stage - the peak of salad made of canned green peas, also lightly sprinkling the entire salad, and the foot of the mountains, pour on top of salad with remaining sauce.

In General, the order of layers you can do whatever you like, at first I had the idea last layer to make bell pepper would be "erupting red mass", but then changed his mind, since the middle of the salad would not be so colorful!

We put our beauty on a white tablecloth covered table (well, it's kind of guests:-D ) and stir before eating! Isn't that the brilliance of the unusual and delicious-how, smakota!!!
