Cooking
Pepper clean from seeds and cut into strips.
Carrots three on a coarse grater.
Tomato cut into thin slices. If you have cherry tomatoes, then cut them into 4 pieces.
Onion cut into half rings. If the onion is bitter, then scald it with boiling water and allow to cool. Dry on a paper towel or napkin. To add to the other vegetables.
Add the mayonnaise, salt if needed and pepper. Stir. It turns out to be a bright salad!
