Ingredients

  • Flour

    390 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Instant coffee

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

In the bowl of a mixer beat the eggs with the sugar until white and fluffy.

Add sour cream and blend again (just a minute).

Add soda and beat again.

Add melted and cooled until warm butter. Beat again the dough.

Add in 3-4 hours the flour and knead the dough (knead with the spatula, the mixer does not whip!).

In a small Cup dissolve coffee in 1 tbsp water.

Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces. One add the dissolved coffee. Mix well.

The Cup multivarki grease with vegetable oil. If you bake in the oven, you need a form Ø26 cm, which is also oiled. In the middle of the bowl (shape) pour alternately light and dark dough. I start to spread the dough with 4 tablespoons and gradually get to 1 tsp at the very end. So the cake turns out beautiful pattern with more or less the same stripes.

Choose the mode "Pastries", set the time 1 hour and 15 minutes. If you bake in the oven, then bake in a preheated 170°C oven for 1 hour. Be guided by your oven!
