Fermented baked milk at home
I want to offer You a recipe very tasty milk! On the website, of course, there are already several recipes for sour milk, but for a different technology! My method is very simple and probably they are already used by many cooks, but perhaps it will be useful for young mistresses! The yogurt turns out very tasty and tender, and most importantly with the minimum of effort!

Boil the milk. It is better to take whole milk! I have 3.8 per cent.

Rinse the thermos with boiling water and immediately pour into it the boiling milk. It is advisable to take a thermos with a glass bulb, because it retains heat better! Leave the milk in the thermos for 12-14 hours! Very convenient to do it at night. Once again, the thermos is necessary with glass bulb, although I have in the photo and sealed in metal! If You do not have available a thermos with a glass flask and fermented baked milk to cook very much want to, you can use metal, only in this case, milk 6-8 hours after the first boiling will have to pour from the thermos into the pan and again boil, and then pour into a thermos and leave for 6-8 hours!

After a time pour the milk into a jar or other convenient dishes and let them cool. Milk gives a very nice creamy color. When the milk is warm, it is warm, not hot, add it gradually to fat-free yogurt or sour cream with low fat and thoroughly mix everything together! It is better to first pour in the yogurt with a little milk and mix well with a whisk and then add all the rest of the milk, then the consistency of milk to be uniform! Cover future ryazhenka with a lid and put in a warm place for 6-8 hours. You can leave a little sour milk to leaven and add it to milk in the future, instead of yogurt or sour cream!
