Homemade cheese
Who doesn't love grilled cheese? The only one who read the ingredients! Offer yourself to cook delicious and healthy cheese. However, he will be even cheaper purchase. In the recipe there is no cheese, no eggs. Let's make cheese out of cheese.


  • Cheese

Good cheese I was lucky to buy a Old Dutch Master (old Dutch), I recommend. But you can take any hard cheese, preferably aged.
So, take 200 grams of your favorite cheese.
Grate it on a coarse grater.
Pour into the pan, preferably in a pot-a ladle - a long handle will be more convenient to hold. Add 300 ml of milk (a large glass), half a teaspoon of salt (more/less for everybody) and a quarter teaspoon of baking soda (I take two small ikeevskogo measuring spoon), it will help the cheese to melt. The amount of milk can be varied to obtain the density, which is more to your liking.
Grind the cheese in a blender.
Put on medium heat and constantly stir with a blender at low speed - it will not let cheese burn. First, the grains of cheese will be "dissolved". Then you can see the vapor and liquid begins to thicken. Turn down the fire and stand still for a few minutes, not forgetting to interfere.
Remove from the heat and whisk for 15-20 seconds in a blender at maximum speed.
Pour in a suitable amount of containers, preferably glass, but I've been to this plastic fancy. Cover with lid and leave for an hour or two to cool, then refrigerate overnight.
For the night the cheese thickens. Mix it, as the top forms a light crust. All cheese ready. Now you can enjoy a sandwich with delicious melted cheese, which in the store just can not buy.
