German pretzels - 1
Taste very similar to shortbread biscuits from my childhood.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    170 g

  • Margarine

    115 g

  • Powdered sugar

    55 g

  • Cashews

    55 g

Cashew nuts chop with a knife. Soft margarine vzbit with sugar powder, continuing to whisk add flour, then nuts. I fluffed the first mixer(seen in the photo, turned friability weight), and then hand kneaded the dough. It is soft and very elastic, pleasant to work with. Of dough make a roll, divide into 16 pieces.

Each lepeshechki to make rings(you can roll up the rope and connect the ends, I made a hole in the pellet and formed on the table in the ring, so they are smooth). Bake in a preheated 200* oven for 15 minutes.
