Coffee marshmallows
Do you love marshmallows? I happen to love. I used to think that it's childish. It turns out tasty it is! As for the recipe thank his teacher, daughter (Timasmam), so learn from it.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    350 g

  • Glucose syrup

    160 g

  • Gelatin

    25 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Corn starch

    50 g

  • Coffee natural

    100 ml

Cooking

Soak gelatine in room temperature water, mix thoroughly, leave for 15-20 minutes to swell.

Make some espresso. In a saucepan, mix the espresso, sugar and glucose syrup.

Cook syrup over medium heat to 110 degrees. I don't have a cooking thermometer, focused on time - 7-9 minutes.

While the syrup is cooking, in a water bath to dissolve gelatin.

Pour the gelatin in the mixer bowl and slowly begin whisking. When the syrup is ready and has ceased to boil, whip the gelatin on top speed and tooonly stream, add the syrup. Beat the mass until it increases in volume about twice and thick. It is important to whisk a lot and do not interrupt ( must be a trail from the whisk as pictured).

Mix powdered sugar and starch in a separate container. Silicone Mat or baking paper well pagpalit a mixture of powder and starch. To shift the mass in a pastry bag, cut off tip of bag in desired size marshmallows and transplant long sausages on the Mat.

Leave the marshmallows to rest for 4-5 hours. Then sprinkle the marshmallows with a mixture of powder and starch

And cut with scissors to preferred pieces.
