White chocolate cream with strawberries
Dessert - soft, creamy, delicious... cooked very simply, ingredients low, perfect for the holiday feast. And, by the way, one can enjoy it not only in strawberry season, but all year round.

Ingredients

  • Mascarpone

    130 g

  • Yogurt

    50 ml

  • White chocolate

    70 g

  • Strawberry

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Lime

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

The mascarpone in a bowl.

Add to the cheese with melted white chocolate.

Add the natural yoghurt.

Mix all until smooth.

Spread cream kremanku or glasses, cover with cling film and put into the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

If using frozen strawberries, first thaw it. Strawberry crush with a pestle or grind using a blender, depending on what the consistency of a puree you want to. Add to the berries with the sugar and lime juice, mix well.

Put the strawberry puree into the chocolate cream. Dessert is ready, you can serve it immediately, but you can close with cling film and store in the refrigerator before serving.
