Candy Apple pie
These candies taste really reminiscent of a spicy Apple pie. Their main advantages: they do not require baking and will not take much time to prepare. Delicate, just melt in your mouth, with pieces of apples under the dark chocolate... I Can say that this stunning dessert.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cookies

    180 g

  • Sour cream

    70 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.17 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    80 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Apples peel and core, cut into very small cubes (approximately the size of a raisin).

Add a spoonful of water, sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger. Put in the microwave for 2.5 minutes at 800 watts. (Can be done on the stove, adding a little more water, cook for about 5 minutes). Apples should be softer, but not turn into puree.

Cookies grind. To do this, I pour the biscuits in a bag and going at it with a rolling pin. The degree of grinding adjust themselves. I like it when there are large pieces of cookies.

Mix biscuits, apples, honey and sour cream. Let stand at room temperature 10-15 minutes.

Blind balls (they can stick to hands, but should keep good form) and put minutes on 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath, mix with soy sauce.

Dip candy in chocolate and place in refrigerator for another 30 minutes. (Watch on your own: you can completely cover the candy with chocolate, only partially. I chose the last option just because of appearance.) Candy stored in the refrigerator in a closed container for 2-3 days.
