Kamdi-cha
Kamdi-cha (Korean potato salad) Found the recipe online, and I really liked the result! Minimum products and time, and the result is beautiful. Hot and spicy dish! Can be served as salad and as garnish. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

Cooking

The onion we shall cut large pieces.

Potatoes grate for "Korean carrot". In my case the usual grate.

Fill with cold water and leave for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, fry the onion on rastitelnoe oil until Golden brown.

Add soy sauce and cook about 3-5 minutes.

While the onions boil water how to boil - throw in the potatoes, previously lightly wrung out. Cook for 1-2 minutes, it should be slightly moist.

Now recline the potatoes in a colander and add to the onions. A couple of minutes fry. In General, the author is to mix everything and to fry the potatoes but I found quite buggy, decided to hold a little more heat.

Add the soy sauce, crushed garlic, red pepper, parsley. You can sprinkle with sesame seeds.
