Barley porridge
Noticed that my most popular recipes (cake Alenka, fish roll, "Baton", soup in Italian), taken from the homely appearance "the Gold cookbook". So this recipe from the same place. As a result, the porridge was so good that I had to cook it today 2 times! Simple, delicious, healthy food without the frills. That's just the name for me remained a riddle. Well, the cube cube. :-D

Ingredients

  • Barley groats

    2 cup

  • Water

    4 cup

  • Fat

    60 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Salt

  • Cumin

  • Black pepper

Cooking

In a saucepan pour water, add salt, bring to boil, add grits and cook until tender. Wash mushrooms, chop and fry with salt and cumin for 15 minutes.

Pepper, add chopped garlic, keep frying for another minute and pour into the prepared porridge.

In a pan fry bacon, add chopped onion and fry the onion until Golden brown and bacon until state greaves.

Add to the pot for porridge with mushrooms (with bacon fat). Mix well.

Put cereal in a baking dish and put in hot oven. Bake at 200 degrees until Golden.
