The recipe for this "cheese" I found in the book of Grocery store "About eggs and milk," it (the recipe) I was very interested, so I decided to try. Needless to say, it came out quite original and delicious. And with the additives you can play on your taste.

So: eggs, stir well with salt.
Next we will need a water bath. I used a pan for boiling milk with double walls, between which was filled with water. Here is how it looks.
Pour into a saucepan the milk, cream, egg mixture with salt, mix well. After adding cumin and chopped fresh herbs (all of which I dobavlena on the "eye"). And put in a water bath. Bath put on medium heat, bring to a boil (of water) and reduce the light to the weakest.
Milk and eggs should turn into flakes. Cook, stirring occasionally, 30-40 minutes. Here in the beginning, I recommend to try our mixture. Maybe for you need something to add some more salt.
Take a colander, vistream with gauze, folded in several layers. Recline our mixture in a colander to let the whey drain out.
When serum glass, cover our cheese with the edges of the gauze and on top put oppression and put in a cool place (I left in the evening to morning).
