It's very simple: mix in a bowl the sifted flour, soda, cinnamon, and cocoa powder.
In a saucepan pour water, bring to a boil, turn off the fire. Add the honey, sugar and vegetable oil. Mix well (sugar and honey have completely dissolved).
Pour the contents of the saucepan into the dry mixture and stir until smooth.
Pour the dough (it is a liquid and very fragrant) in a greased bowl multivarki. Choose the mode "Pastries", time - 40 minutes.
