Cooking
Onions finely chop and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Add the finely chopped mushrooms, fry with onions. Season with spices to taste (I use seasoning for mushrooms). Cool.
Eggs peel and RUB on a small grater.
Mix fried mushrooms with eggs. The stuffing is ready. And no mayonnaise is not necessary to add. Enough oil that fried mushrooms to the stuffing was not dry, and plastic. With this combination of products mushroom flavor is not interrupted, and the eggs add tenderness to the filling.
Fill waffle tartlet with a filling.
