Egg-chicken rolls
Egg-chicken roll, baked in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Minced chicken

    200 g

  • Milk

    3 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

One egg mixed with one teaspoon of milk, add a pinch of salt.

Pour this mixture into the heated, oiled skillet and fry both sides like a regular pancake.

Thus make three egg pancakes.

Mince (can be chopped) salt, pepper.

Blend the meat into a pancake.

Mayonnaise.

Twist this thing into a kind of roll.

Put the resulting rolls in a greased baking sheet and put in a preheated 180*C oven for 30-40 minutes.
