Cooking

step-0
Curd mixed with sugar and egg. Pour the flour, knead the dough. Flour may need a little more depending on dryness of cheese. Roll into balls with a diameter of 1.5-2 cm, Roll them in flour - this is very important: when frying the pancakes will not stick to the pan. Cheese cakes without flour breading for frying even stick to nonstick cookware. Put the cheesecake balls on a dish and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours I'm doing just two - three servings and store in the freezer for months. Sauce: poppy pour boiling water, leave the lid on for 15 min. to sasparilla. Butter to melt. Add sour cream, poppy seeds and sugar, knead until smooth, place over low fire. Heat but do not boil.
step-1
Fry frozen cheese cakes fried until Golden brown. Very conveniently pulled out of the freezer, and not defrosting, only fried in hot oil. Put the cheesecakes in a pot and pour the creamy poppy seed sauce. The first method of cooking: put in a preheated 180°oven, bring to boil and serve hot. Second: bake in microwave mode Combi 7 minutes. Time depends on microwave.
step-2
Third option: just fill simplified the sauce: sour cream-sugar-poppies-not a lot of water, and stew the cheesecakes in the pan on the stove.
step-3
The cheesecakes after baking and stewing on the stove in appearance and taste the same. Soft, juicy, sweet!
step-4
Very tasty with fresh fruit and berries. All the ways of cooking I have tried many times. With a quick on the stove! Sauce turns out very much, enough for two servings of cheese - balls. Bon appetit!!!
