Tart with strawberries and rosemary cream
Simple, quick and delicious pie with strawberries and custard. Especially important on the eve of strawberry season.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    285 g

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    0.5 ml

  • Corn starch

    25 g

  • Rosemary

    2 piece

  • Strawberry

    500 g

  • Juice berry

    100 ml

  • Gelatin

    2 piece

  • Salt

Butter (room temperature) RUB with sugar, add 1 egg, mix well.

In a mixture of butter and sugar, add lemon zest, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and sifted flour. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for an hour. The number of such zest in the cake appears bitter lemon, who doesn't, you may add the zest of half a lemon.

In a small amount of milk (around 5 tbsp) to dissolve the starch. In the rest of the milk to put sprigs of rosemary and boil. Let stand 5-10 minutes and strain.

From the juice and gelatin to make jelly. 2 plates of gelatine soaked in cold water for 10 minutes to swell. Then squeeze the gelatine and place in a warm juice, thoroughly and quickly to mix. The cream put the berries can be whole, and you can, I cut in half. Top the strawberries with a brush to lubricate the prepared jelly and put into the fridge overnight.
