Simple, quick and delicious pie with strawberries and custard. Especially important on the eve of strawberry season.

Cooking
Butter (room temperature) RUB with sugar, add 1 egg, mix well.
In a mixture of butter and sugar, add lemon zest, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and sifted flour. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for an hour. The number of such zest in the cake appears bitter lemon, who doesn't, you may add the zest of half a lemon.
In a small amount of milk (around 5 tbsp) to dissolve the starch. In the rest of the milk to put sprigs of rosemary and boil. Let stand 5-10 minutes and strain.
3 egg yolks slightly beaten with sugar, add flour, starch and stirring constantly pour in the hot milk. Put on a small fire and cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
Put the dough in the form (I had a diameter of 21 cm.), to make bumpers. On top lay a baking paper and pour the peas or beans. To put in heated to 200°C oven and bake for 20-30 minutes. Then remove the paper, press the dough to form (e.g., glass) and bake for about 15 minutes until tender.
In the finished dough pour in the cream and let cool slightly.
From the juice and gelatin to make jelly. 2 plates of gelatine soaked in cold water for 10 minutes to swell. Then squeeze the gelatine and place in a warm juice, thoroughly and quickly to mix. The cream put the berries can be whole, and you can, I cut in half. Top the strawberries with a brush to lubricate the prepared jelly and put into the fridge overnight.
When serving, garnish with leaves of rosemary.
