Dear cooks! Having studied the recipes the girls on the website, I decided to replenish the Treasury and as its option. I live in the North Caucasus, in Kabardino-Balkaria, and recipes Lakomov we have, probably as much as the recipes of pancakes - each family has his own. Someone who likes sweet lakomy, someone is salty, they just don't eat! They come in different shapes, and fry them on holidays, and at the funeral, and every day. The dough is very easy, and it can be frozen. Hope you like my version!

Pour the milk into a saucepan and heated it. In warm milk add the yeast and sugar. Leave for five minutes.
